Job Summary
We are embarking on a critical project to migrate our data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from the Veera Construct tool to Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This project aims to modernize our data infrastructure, improve performance, and enhance data accessibility. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in this exciting initiative.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, identify data sources and targets, and document business rules and transformations required for the conversion.
- Map Veera Construct to SSIS: Map Veera Construct functionalities and configurations to equivalent SSIS components and transformations. Translate Veera Construct data models and mappings to fit the SSIS architecture.
- Error handling and Auditing: Design efficient and scalable SSIS packages using appropriate components and transformations. Implement data cleansing, validation, and error handling processes.
- Validation: Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to business requirements.
- Manage change and communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new ETL solution.
- Document findings and recommendations: Prepare reports and documentation summarizing project progress, challenges encountered, and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Proven experience with designing and developing SSIS packages
- Proficiency in SQL queries and data manipulation techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
